Our package inclusions and pricing is simply a starting point for those who would prefer a simpler approach. Every event is unique, which is why our services can be tailored, adjusted and reimagined to suit your vision, requirements and budget. Our advertised “from” prices are indicative only of our base packages, with quotes individually prepared to reflect the specific needs, scale and level of support required for your event. Whether you need a little guidance or comprehensive planning from start to finish, we’ll create a package that works for you.

  • From $5,000

    For those right at the beginning of their planning journey. From sourcing suppliers, comparing quotes and managing budgets through to event styling, setup and coordination. We take care of the detail you see and the hundreds you don’t. Every element is carefully curated to reflect your vision and keep you and your guest’s experience front of mind.

  • From $2,500

    For those who have already started planning but need a little help bringing everything together. From reviewing plans, refining details and coordinating suppliers through to timelines, final touches and on-the-day coordination. We step in when you need us most, taking care of the details that keep everything running smoothly while ensuring your vision remains at the heart of every decision.

  • From $1,500

    For those who have planned their event but want to relax and truly enjoy the day. From a final planning meeting and detailed event handover through to supplier coordination, setup, seamless event management and pack down. We take care of the logistics, suppliers and schedule on the day so you can be fully present and a guest at your own event, knowing every detail is handled and your event is in safe, capable hands.
